Payment Policy:

All payments made to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is in place due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors, which prevent us from obtaining refunds. This allows us to keep our package prices low and provide you with the option of making monthly payments for your vacation.

Travel Documentation:

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary travel documents. It is essential to check with the relevant consulate(s) or visa agency to determine if any visas or passports are required. Passports must be valid for at least six months after your travel date, and some countries may require a full blank “VISA” page for stamping. The travel information provided is applicable to US citizens only; non-US citizens should consult the respective consulates of the countries they plan to visit for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.

Travel Protection:

To avoid losing your vacation investment, we strongly recommend purchasing Travel

Seat Assignments:

Seat assignments are determined by the airline and are only available in economy class for this group tour. If you have specific seating requirements, we suggest booking the land-only package.

Pricing and Payments:

Prices are subject to change without notice, so we encourage you to make your reservations at the current low price to lock it in. Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations active unless you choose to make larger payments than the minimum monthly amount specified in your invoice. We recommend marking your payment plan on your personal calendar.
– Roommate Responsibilities:
If you have a roommate, please ensure they are also making timely monthly payments. Roommate matching is available.

Name Changes and Late Fees:

Name changes are permitted for a fee of $250, plus any applicable vendor fees. A late payment fee of $250 per person will be applied after the final due date specified in your payment plan. Late payment fees will automatically be added to your reservation the day following the final due date. All requests for late payment must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your invoice.
